BeefCast^® trip giveaway

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The BIF trip giveaway is open to all who enter in person at the BeefCast^® booth during the 2008 Cattle Industry Annual Convention & Trade Show in Reno, Nevada, February 6-9, with the exception of employees and direct relatives of Truffle Media Networks, LLC.
2. To enter the contest each participant must have his/her name badge scanned by the NOMAD device at the BeefCast^® booth during open trade show hours. Submission of the badge information signifies that the participant has read and agrees to the official rules of the contest.
3. Entry must be made by having name badge scanned by the NOMAD device at the BeefCast^® booth. Truffle Media Networks, LLC does not assume responsibility for phone, technical, network, electronic, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, garbled, or delayed internet computer transmissions.
4. This contest begins February 6, 2008 and ends February 9, 2008 at close of the trade show booth space. Participants are limited to one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries by participant will be voided. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received.
5. The Prize: One lucky entrant will receive a free trip to the 2008 BIF Annual Meeting in Calgary, Alberta June 30-July 3, including airfare and hotel (not to exceed $1,000). There will be no substitution of prizes and no cash will be awarded in lieu of merchandise or awards.
6. The Winners: The winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 10th, 2008. Drawing will be done by Truffle Media Networks, LLC and the decision will be final on all matters relating to this contest. If Truffle Media Networks, LLC is unable to locate a given winner, an alternate winner will be selected by a second random drawing. The winner will be notified by email, phone, or other information provided as part of contest entry.
7. By entering the contest, the participants (a) agree to the official rules and that the decisions of the judges are final in all respects; and (b) release Truffle Media Networks, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
8. Employees of Truffle Media Networks, LLC and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the contest.
9. All federal, state, and local laws and restrictions apply. Offer void where prohibited, or otherwise restricted under federal, state, or local laws, rules or regulations. All applicable taxes are responsibility of winner.
10. The name of the winners will be posted on the BeefCast^® web site.
